Realized paradoxical truth
Of human relationships
So early in life
Thatthe friendship may
Gently grow into love
But there is no chance
That the reverse would materialize.
So, without nurturing greed
Or even any ego or jealousy
He suppressed desire and desperation
To quietly resolved to resign
And fade away in oblivion
Praying happiness, prosperity and peace
To her and dear ones.
