He wrote her name
Yet remained unaware
Why he felt so elated
In her close proximity.

Umpteen times
She let her choice known
Yet remained uncertain
What she was looking for
In his close friendship.

 And one day
When realization came…
It was love calling them
Their fortunes ran out
Throwing forever them apart.
