Having seen him dispirited & downcast
An old acquaintance of mine from past
A bit inquisitively, I asked for the reason
As to why he was so very sad and upset
He told me that he is truthful & upright
In his deeds and action all the time
Yet he often finds some people around
Who don’t like him and the way he acts.
My response to him was plain & straight
If he is certain about his vision and object
He must keep on walking his chosen path
It’s better to lose them than lose himself.
