Amorphous Goblin

Unicellular entity within the domain
A kingdom where no walls are known
Neither bone nor shell or muscle
Also without a definite structural frame
A shape-shifting invisible goblin abound
Rather infinite forms can be found
In fact, a sovereign that knows no bound,

It’s akin to amorphous gel, a fluid fire
No muscles are there for the silent stride
But only the pressure from inside
The Pseudopods break every rule
Formed under the membrane’s simple fold
It gathers life within a miracle curve
With neither the brain nor single nerve
The unicellular body is a perfect machine
Of locomotion, digestion and reproduction
As a matter of fact every living function.

In its vacuoles, the feast is arranged
In a way, a perfect, primal, food cascade
The cytoplasm forms central quiet core
While nucleus holds all the lore
One can see it splitting, one into two
Whereby the primordial life is eternally new
Magical simplest pulse, the deepest plan
Before the very breath of the human.
