As I gaze at the moon
The one high in the sky
The other at the azure clay.
If one is capable to quiet
The dusty storms and calms the sea
The musing of other soothes
My temper, brings harmony and peace.
If one steers the traveller
The jagged path through the dark
The other inspires my weary soul
Also rekindles a sanguine spark.
If one look for nothing in return
In lieu of its nightly toil from mortals
The other gifted a lifeline
For my yearnings and an aim to live.
