The other day I saw
This erstwhile actor and celebrity
Turned a crooked bigot now
In an obvious yet implicit dig
At the majority community in India
Complaining about one of his movies
Wherein all the terrorist antagonists
Belonged to a particular community…
With a view to verify and judge
The substance and genuineness
Of his audacious complaint and crib
When I critically reviewed the lists
Of the global terrorist organizations
So designated by the United Nations
And such other credible institutions…
Alas! I was surprised to note
That an overwhelming majority
Of the active terrorist organizations
Belong to the particular community
Which this zealot bigot too comes from
And despite purported vested interests
And systematic malicious campaign
Against this majority Indian community
Not even one such organization
Appear in this infamous list.
