So far many heads of government
Have come and gone since 1947
Who has been ever so committed
And devoted to the cause of nation!
So let’s respond to his auspicious call
& take Panch Prana* on this occasion
To contribute our own humble bit for
the sacred cause of the beloved nation…
The essence of these five resolutions:

- Get rid of mental and psychic slavery
- Revive & carry Indian cultural legacy
- Work for unity and diversity of nation
- Perform duties of a responsible citizen.
* Panch Prana means five pledges. On the occasion of 77th Independence Day marking 76th anniversary of freedom, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a call to Indian citizens for the aforesaid pledges for the sustained development and progress of the nation.
