What a serendipitous spell, a mystic moment’s delight
A fairy descended, her shadow danced in radiant light
She smiled, the garden bloomed & flowers blossomed
In contrast, as if Snow White’s ethereal beauty paled.
She stood before me, arms outstretched – a vision rare
A reality or dream! At the time my heart was unaware
I wrestled with inertia’s shackles, in the twilight’s haze
In moments’ confusion, she waned like a morning daze.
Stranded at the crossroads, a fog wobbled and swayed
I missed the green light’s whisper, in indecision’s crowd
Then extended red-light signal like beau’s mournful cry
It was too late, I realized as the moment dissolved in sky.
By the time fog lifted, the caravan had faded in a thin air
Leaving me stranded and shocked with regret’s despair
Time’s fleeting whispers, the silver thread of a dream cut
When moment arrives, seize without letting it take flight.
