No material thing in this universe
Is permanent, unchanging and stable…
Within a cycle of space, age and time
Every thing grows older and weaker
With commensurate changes to wither
So a far better option appears to try
Gradual detachment from worldly order
Aiming to achieve an equanimous state
For the eternal peace of body and mind.
