My Humming Word

Please do not mind if I admit it now
In you always I had a selfish interest
Your smile and thoughts are so endearing
Capable all the time to bring out my best.

You were most precious thing to happen
All along during this not very lucky life
I whisper thy name to ocean, wind and sky
As our love remains life’s strange mystery.

Other than you I loved only the nature
For this gave fillip to my lonesome life
So how can I forget or ignore you now
In last leg of sojourn towards twilight.

Whenever feeling empty and all alone
Often I prefer to go on moors in solitude
Wishing you well, I have this lasting desire
If I could hold eternity to make you smile.
