In a long journey of life, I have seen people
Who are never tired of an incessantly talking
In an effort to gain a limelight for themselves
BY inflating their few petty accomplishments,
Purposely even taking credit for others’ work,
Ignoring feelings of friends and acquaintances…
As such a narcissistic behaviour in relationships
Is not difficult to decipher from a person’s traits
Of focusing on own wants at the others’ expense
A tendency to build a coterie for feeding self-ego
Too much craving & indulgence in self-promotion,
Feels offended and anxious if not treated special.
Be aware that a narcissist has only little empathy
Is manipulative with limited capacity for intimacy
And a natural instinct & proclivity to gaslight others…
An appropriate and healthier way to deal with one
Would be; set boundaries and take focus off of him
Anticipate unethical reactions and stay away of him.
