Under turmoil
And inner guilt
For years together
With the utter
Sense of loss
Leading to
An insurmountable
Grief, sadness,
Misery, anguish,
Agony and pain.

He felt
So liberated
On realization
That the reason
For his turmoil
And shock
Didn’t exist
As the object
Had moved
Way back
Without
A sense of
Loss or gain.
