It’s My Love

With the passage of time
Everything has changed
If anything remains unchanged
It’s my love and care for you.

Whenever I close my eyes
I still see your smiling face
Whenever I open my eyes
I still long to see your face.

People around me often say
I have a good logical sense
But in the matter of heart
I know, no logic works.

People around me often say
I look good and dress so well
But only I know from inside
How untidy and weary I am.

Love was never in my destiny
Yet I continued to adore it
It remained one-sided lifelong
Yet whatever it is, it’s my love.
