Either due to poor upbringing since childhood
Or to bad exposure of environment of his living
Sadly for him and the society over a span of time
One acquires eccentric and paranoid attributes
Eventually transmuting into a desperate persona…
Next, one develops immoral and despicable habit
Of rubbing the people around on the wrong side
Be these own relatives, friends & acquaintances
Or even the very community where one resides.
Being a sycophant & hypocrite person himself
He carries scant regard for the merit and shine
His conduct often full of contempt and abuse
Sometimes returns a strong snub from people
Whom he has been treating akin to minnows
Or slaves for his misplaced ideas and notions
With his erratic and irrational musing and acts
Falling inapt prey to own inflated ego and anger
Now one turns into a Frankstein in utter vexation
And starts destroying place and people of abode.

(During own civil service days, the author had encountered a person with somewhat similar attributes. Needless to mention, with quasi-judicial authority vested in self, he judiciously and aptly assisted this person to meet his due nemesis; and without any regrets ever.)
